3-Step Return Process

Initiate Request
Go to your profile and report a concern or contact us via email with your order ID.

Safe Packing
Pack the instrument in its original frequency-tested packaging to ensure safe transit.

Reverse Pickup
We'll arrange a professional courier to pick up the item from your doorstep.
Eligibility Guidelines
- Returns are accepted within **30 days** of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition and original packaging.
- Frequency-tested instruments must not show signs of physical wear or tuning alterations.
- Custom engraved items or specialized wholesale orders are non-returnable.
Refund & Exchange
- Refunds are processed within **5-7 business days** after quality inspection.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (VPA/Bank).
- Free exchanges are available for instruments damaged during shipping.
- For voluntary returns, a nominal restocking fee may apply to cover fragile logistics.
